Eyelash health is our number one priority! Upon arrival for your appointment we will discuss your desired outcome, evaluate your natural lashes and create a customised treatment that will enhance your natural beauty.

BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING, PLEASE READ BELOW....

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the missed appointment, payable before rebooking.

Infill Policy
We DO NOT infill other lash artists work. Infills should be made every 2-3 weeks, anything after 4 weeks will require a full set to be booked and will be charged at a full set price. To qualify for an infill you MUST have no less than 40% of lashes still attached otherwise a full set will be charged regardless of how many weeks it has been.

Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Policy
These services must have a period of 8 weeks between treatments. We cannot retreat before this time. Please discontinue the use of retinoids for at least 4 days prior to your lamination treatment.

Late Policy
If you are late to your appointment, this will cut into your time being lashed which can result in your lashes not being as full as usual and lead to disappointment. The full appointment will still be charged. If you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

Arriving to your appointment
It is very important that you arrive to your lash appointment with MAKE-UP FREE lashes as this can create a barrier to lifting solutions and disrupt the bond of the extension to the natural lash, resulting in poor retention.

If you feel something is not quite right with your lashes or brows, please contact us within 48hrs of your appointment so we can resolve this. Anything after this time frame will be charged at a normal infill price if needing a touch up.
